Booking Policy
How to Book
Simply call 0493 787 350 or Book Online. Fill out the Medical Questionnaire Online. You will receive a phone call as soon as possible to confirm your suitability for an appointment. If you need to tell us addictional information, please give us a call. A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking conformation to secure your spot for an appointment.
Cancellations and Refunds
We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking. If you cancel with sufficient notice, you will be refunded your $50 deposit. If you fail to give sufficient notice before rescheduling or cancelling your appointment, you will forfeit your $50 deposit. If you are a no show on the day of your appointment, you will forfeit your $50 deposit. If you have purchased a prepaid pack and fail to give sufficient notice for rescheduling or cancellation, or are a no show on the day of your Infusion, you will forfeit x1 Infusion from your Pre-Paid Pack. Our pre-paid packs are non-refundable. If you require a refund for your Pre-Paid Pack, you must provide a doctors letter citing the reasons why you can no longer fulfill your Pack. A refund may then be provided at the discretion of Liberty IV Drips.
Parking
Please let us know about parking location and arrangements for your Infusion Location. Any parking fees incurred by our nurse on the day will be added onto your Infusion price.

Your Safety
Your safety is our No.1 priority. We ask that you provide the most accurate and up to date information to avoid any potential adverse events of the Infusion. We work with a Medical Doctor and together go over your Medical Information to make sure you are suitable for an Infusion. There is a very small amount of people who may not be suitable for an Infusion due to certain medical conditions.
While Vitamin Infusions, are generally very safe, providing incorrefct or misleading medical information, can lead to unwanted and dangerous side effects such as fluid overlload, allergic reaction, etc. We ask that you please advise us prior to your Infusion, about any changes in your Medical Condition so we can assess whether you are still suitable. If you fail to give sufficient notice, you risk forfeiting your $50 deposit. If you are unsure whether you are suitable for an IV Infusion, please give us a call so we can advise appropriately.

Liberty IV Drips reserves the right to withold your treatment on the day of your appointment if we believe it will pose a risk to your safety. We may then require a doctors letter for you to be able to proceed with your treatment.
Our Safety
Our Safety is also very important. Liberty IV Drips reserves the right to refuse to perform treatment if we consider it unsafe to do so due any disresepctful or aggressive behaviour. You will also forfeit your $50 deposit if you show to be disrespectful or aggressive.
Travel Fees
Some Service Locations carry a Travel Fee. Please ask us at the time of booking is a Travel Fee applies to your location. Travel fees are incurred outside of the Lower Blue Mountains and Penrith areas and range from $20 - $70 per location.
Weekend and Public Holiday Bookings
All Weekend and Public Holiday Bookings carry a surcharge: Surcharge is calculated per booking location.
Saturdays: $50
Sundays: $70
Public Holidays: $100
Group and Event Bookings
We kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you require a booking for 4 or more people to allow for sufficient time for the appointmment. If you have booked for x1 person and wish to add more people to the booking, please let u know at the time of the booking confirmation or as soon as you can before the appointment.
